And I know how vital support is in those early months of parenthood. Yes, becoming a parent is incredible - but it’s also incredibly hard. And trust me, you’re not meant to do this parenting thing alone.

Here's a little secret about me – I grew up in a bustling household with six lively siblings, all under the nurturing care of some truly remarkable women. So it’s no surprise I had five children of my own. From having a preterm baby to feeding challenges, I’ve experienced a lot. And that "it takes a village" concept? I couldn't agree more. It has the remarkable power to redefine your entire parenting journey.

But let's be honest, not everyone has that built-in village of support at the ready. That's precisely where I step in, along with my fantastic team of newborn experts & doulas.
