We get it - every parent and baby is unique. Whether you're into sleep training or not, it's all good. We've got flexible options that match your family's values, parenting style, and needs. And don't worry, everything we suggest is in line with safe sleep guidelines.
It really depends! At first, you might just make some gentle tweaks. We usually don't recommend anything too drastic since that can be unsettling for your little one. We'll mostly focus on sleep space, environment, and routines, but we'll tailor it all to fit your family's style.
Good question! Sleep hygiene is simply a healthy way to approach sleep - like getting enough naps in, making the most out of natural daylight and winding down with a bedtime routine.
Being a gentle, responsive parent is incredible. But it doesn't mean you can’t have sleep-related boundaries and routines. Many children thrive in a healthy sleep routine, and even if you don’t follow a strict routine, having great sleep hygiene can contribute to a calm baby and a calm parent. Gentle parents are amazing - and they can make gentle changes to their baby’s sleep.
Totally your call! You can be proactive and reach out before things get too rough. Or you might be knee-deep in sleepless nights and ready for a lifeline right now. Whenever you decide to ask for help, just know you're so brave.
Unfortunately, no guarantees here. Babies aren't like robots; we can't just program them to sleep perfectly. But we can promise that we'll give it our all over four weeks to improve your baby's sleep. If you're still having trouble after that, we'll explore other factors that might be causing sleep issues.
Yes, we're all about in-person consultations. There's so much we can learn by spending time with your baby and talking with you and your family. Then, we’ll be there virtually to help along the way. If for any reason you prefer fully virtual support, let us know -- we’re here to accommodate..
