We worked with the agency for our firstborn and it went exceptionally well, so when I became pregnant again, we knew we'd be back in touch. From the moment we first met Lauren, we were greeted with professionalism and warmth. She took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, ensuring that the assigned newborn care specialists were the right match for our family. We have had both overnight and daytime support, and their impact has been truly invaluable...

Ask if we cover your area
We're all about flexibility. Whether you're looking for 24/7 support, daytime, or nighttime support, we've got you covered. During our consultation, we'll figure out what schedule suits your family best. Our care providers usually offer contracts ranging from 9 to 24 weeks.
Absolutely! But we might need to pair you with a different care provider, as they're often booked well in advance. If you're thinking of extending your contract, let us know as soon as possible.
The earlier, the better! We recommend scheduling your dates at least two months in advance whenever you can. But if you're expecting in less than two months, reach out here, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We're very thorough! All our care specialists and doulas come with their own liability insurance and at least three years of professional full-time experience in family homes. We also run a stringent screening process, which includes checking their past experience, speaking with references, and conducting background checks in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
For all overnight or 24/7 contracts, we follow some basic provisions. We make sure your care provider has a cozy sleeping/rest area, either in the newborn's room or a separate space, so they can recharge for a few hours during the day. This ensures they can keep providing the overnight care you and your newborn need while staying well-rested themselves.
We've got you covered! We provide a handy PDF with a list of recommended supplies and equipment. We'll go over it during your consultation, helping you prioritize items you may want to consider.
Yes, if needed! Just let us know during your initial consultation and we can create a plan that works for you.
